阿瑶拿到教育学硕士学位之后，又考了教学证书，在当地的公立学校开始了她在美国的职业生涯。20多年来，她了解到许多中国和美国在教学理念和教育方法上的不同之处，也加深了对美国社会的认识。
A-Yao worked hard to get her Master’s degree in Education and her teaching certificates. The year she graduated, there was a sudden shortage of teachers in the public school system in Providence, RI. A-Yao began her career as a school teacher, through which she observed and immersed in her new home country.
